3.4 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance to another person under any circumstances.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. jeni4d does not accept registrations from corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities. Accounts must be held by natural persons only.
4.1 Verification Requirement. jeni4d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and non-negotiable.

4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. 5.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your jeni4d account balance within 1 to 5 minutes of confirmed receipt. In cases of bank system delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. jeni4d is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on any calendar day are processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB are processed the following business day. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
5.5 Withdrawal Name Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your verified jeni4d account. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
5.6 Transaction Fees. jeni4d does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which jeni4d accepts no responsibility.
5.7 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a lawful source and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment account used. jeni4d reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. 12.1 jeni4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jeni4d implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, role-based data access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
12.3 jeni4d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
13.1 jeni4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
